Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BOOTS11 website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, and product availability may change at any time. Promotional prices are valid for a limited time and while stocks last.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will let you know and arrange a refund where payment has been taken.

Shipping & Replacements

Delivery timelines, charges, and our replacement policy are described on our Shipping & Replacements page. We replace rather than refund: a boot may be swapped for another size of the same boot within 7 days of delivery, requested from your order page. Orders are prepaid only.

Intellectual Property

The BOOTS11 name, logo, product designs, images, and website content are our property and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BOOTS11 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts there.
