Shipping & Replacements

• Free delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.
• Boots are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Remote-area pincodes, which our courier flags at checkout, usually take 5–8 business days.

• We replace, we do not refund. If a boot doesn't fit, swap it for another size of the same boot.
• Request a replacement within 7 days of delivery from your order page. The boot must be unworn and in its original undamaged packaging.
• We book a free pickup from your address automatically. Once the original reaches us, your new size ships out — you pay nothing extra.
• Replacements depend on the size you want being in stock. If it isn't, email us and we'll sort something out.

• Track your order any time with your order number and the email or phone you used at checkout.
